There is no doubt that social media has a great impact on people's lives, nevertheless many people feel that the impact they have on human relationships is negative. Eventhough in some cases this is true, most of the time it is the other way around.
Generally speaking social media is a great way to connect with others, since you are constantly socializing with people, that is why it is called 'social' media; it simplifys the task of meeting and getting to know other individuals. Furthermore it makes possible to connect with diferent people from all arround the world; therefore is an excellent way of learning about other cultures and daily manners opening our minds in addition of making us accept other diferences and reducing prejudice.
Others may feel that it has a negative impact, since sometimes, not so offten people may critisize or insult others, through this media, which in an extreme case might lead to cyberbulling. Moreover in some ocations people use social media to stock and obtain information about people with which stockers can use against you.
For my point of view social media is an amazing way of relating with people you do not know, and from other countries; as long as you use it consiously, respect the others and be carefull that you do not publish anything that can be used against you, you will find social media very entretaining and useful.

TED talk that can change the world
Greta Thunberg is a 16 year old teenager, from Sweden, who movilised the world with her TED talk about enviromental problems, how humans caused global warming and its impacto on earth.
Greta is red haired and has fair, frekled skinn, she is slim and has a round face, quite an ordinary teenage girl, nevertheless, she was very direct and frank, she went directly to the point and didn't rambled at all. The subject of the speech is complexand she knows a lot about it, therefore we can asume that she is very bright.She showd a serious and determined profile; although Greta said she was a rather unsociable person, she seemed relax when delivering the talk in front of all those people.
The talk was very persuasive and interesting. Greta was very fluent and articulated, though quite static. It had a varied and complex vocabulary, furthermore she was very coherent.
I highly recommend this talk, it is very informative and interesting it leaves you with lots of interogants, concerns and desire to keep investigating about the subject; it is definetly a video everybody must watch.

who teach who?
In the first certificate english, writing practice class, in groups of four we had to illustrate a pice of writing we did before my group and me, in wich take part Cecilia, Lara and Azul, we decided to make a cartoon in Tory Board That, about an essay of old people and young people and what they learn from each other. As we worked in groups we had to talk and get to a conclussion of what the idea we had in commoun and we got to the conclussion that both young and old learn from each other.

Types of rocks
Types of rocks
This report is expected to explain the formation, the imporatance and the caracteristics of the three more comoun types of rocks in the earth.
Igneous rock
Igneous rocks are formed by the solidification of magma (undergrownd melted rock), when magma emerge from the underground the temperature of this one get lower untill it solidificates. This type of rock are mostly found in oceans or near divergent movements of plates techtonics. The uses for igneous rocks are construction because of the durabilty and the strong or also there are many minerals extracted from this rock.
Sedimentary rock
The sedimentary rock is produced by the compactation and sementation of rocks which pices fall off or where erosioned by air, water, ice or gravity; thats way we can found them in the upper part of earth crust . They are mostly used for highway constructions, buildings, or even for chalks in schools.
Metamorphic rocks
Metamorphic are mostly found in montainous parts of the earth crust; they are produced by proces in wich de molecular structure of a rock change with the help of heat and preasure. Metamorphic rocks are mostly used for roof material, decorative stones (garden), building material and sculpture material.
As a conclusion we can see that rocks are more important than what we thought, if there where no rocks most of the things that we know now a days as buildings, highways,etc. Would not exist and this will bring lot’s of problems or changes

An essay of "the prision"
The story "The Prison" written by Bernard Malaud, is about a guy called Tommy Casteli, that stole a licorshop so his father arranged his marriage and his job in a candy store. This essay will analize the three simbols of the story, the candy store, the little girl and the tissue papers.
The first symbol is the candy store. The candy store symbolises Tommy's life, Tommy's imprisonment and how Tommy was not able of decide what his life was going to be. "Un endurably slow hours and endless drivel that went with seling candy, cigarets and soda".
The second symbol is the little girl. The little girl symbolises Tommy's past and through her he remembers the bad things she had done or his mistakes in life, the little girl also was a way of making Tommy's day more interesting "found himselfw thinking about that his life had turned out, and then about this girl, moved that she was so young and a thief"
The third and last symbol is the tissue papers that symbolise the little girl excuse to go to the store and through them she can steal "Tommy opened the drawer to get the girl her paper (...) but she saw a white hand reach into the candy case for a chocolate bar and for an other, then she came forth from behind the couter and stood there inocently waitin for him"

What we think plate tectonics are...
What we think plate tectónicas are is pices of land that produce hazards and destrois houses, kill people, etc. But no They are not only that, let's know more.
The plate tectonics are the division of the earth crust,the plate are situated on The lithosphere that is part of the mantle, there are two diferentes types of crust The continental and the oceanic. The division between one and the other is called boudaries, The boudaries are the main placeplaces where the movements ocurre.
There are four posible movement of the plates the constructive; that is when two plates separate, the destructive is when an oceanic plate goes under the continental crust; The conservative that is when two plates move against each other and the colisión is when two plates move untill They crush. Natural disasters are related to the movements, one movenent cab cause diferent hazards like the constructive which can create a volcanos, mountains, volcánica islands and earthquakes
So plate tectonics do not cause only hazards there are also good things like amazing mountains and beautiful islands thanks to them.

My idol essay
I choose Luciana Aymar beacause she is someone i want to be like and she is my idol
She was born th 10 of August of 1977, in Argentina, Santa Fe, Rosario. Luciana started playing hockey at the age of seven in the Fisherton Atletic Club.
She was called to play with "las leonas" after playing in GEBA.
Lucha obtained a silver medal in Sidney 2000, an other silver medal in Atenas 2004, Pekín 2008, a bronze medal and in London 2012, asilver medal, with all that medals she match th biggest amount of olimpic medals in the world, and she obteined the name of the best hockey player from 2001-2013.
Now shecdesignes clothes and wants to make new designes famouse.
I think she is a very good, generous and beautiful person and I choose her because I play hockey like sho does.

I am going to compare books and e-books, can you answer this question? are e-books better than books?
One similarity is that both need to be paid for, they also have good and bad things like:
e-books are a technological way to read so you don't need to cut down trees to make paper, on the other hand not every body has a tablet, phone, I pad or I pod. E- books are more confortable to carry than books but books are safer, also to use the e-books you need wifi. E-books are more fashionable.
But I will tell you a secret about the question up, not every one has the same likes so you can find people that think books are better and other people thet e-books are better so I recomend you to try the two and took the one YOU like. In my opinion the e-books are the future way to read , cause technology is going higher and the books in a way will get extinted.

I am going to compare books and e-books, this question is frecuently asked in these years, are the e-books better than books?.
In one hand to read e-books you need a computer but not every body can buy a computer , in the other hand books are made of paper and to make paper is needed to cut down trees, both need to be payed, If you don't have internet you can reed a book but not an e-book, e-books are more fashionable tan books. But this depend on likes, if you like traditional reading probabely you like more reading books. As I said it is depended in likes , in my opinion both are good but I think e-books are the way for reading of the future.
